By accessing or placing an order with Control Your Hustle ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our storefront.
All our products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the colors, sizing, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. Sizing guides are provided on the product page; customers are responsible for choosing their correct size.
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By submitting payment information during checkout, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. We do not store or capture your full payment card details on our servers.
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Garments are freshly produced through our production partner and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within Accra, 5–7 business days for the rest of Ghana, and 7–10 business days for international orders.
We are not responsible for customs delays or duties incurred on international shipments.
In no event shall Control Your Hustle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our storefront or products.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
