Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Garments are freshly produced through our production partner and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing takes place on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within Accra: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Ghana: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days (exact timeline may vary by destination country and customs clearance)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or customs are outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following delivery services to get your order to you:

  • Bolt Courier — for deliveries within Accra
  • Yango Delivery — for deliveries within Accra
  • In-house dispatch rider — for local Accra deliveries where applicable
  • GhanaPost — for rest of Ghana and international deliveries
  • Metro Mass Transit — for rest of Ghana deliveries (where applicable)
  • Intercity STC — for rest of Ghana deliveries (where applicable)

The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch. GhanaPost, Metro Mass Transit, or Intercity STC may be used for deliveries outside Accra, with GhanaPost specifically handling international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase. No hidden charges are added after checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders once dispatched:

  • Orders within Ghana: A tracking number or waybill receipt is provided directly by the assigned carrier. You can use this to follow your delivery (note: digital tracking availability may vary for Metro Mass Transit and Intercity STC).
  • International orders: Your GhanaPost tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Refund & Return Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your shipment is marked as delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items returned with visible signs of wear, stains, or wash cycles will be rejected.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Send an email to info@controlyourhustle.store.
  2. Include your full name, order reference number, and a photo of the item you wish to return.
  3. Our support team will respond within 48 hours with shipping instructions.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited back automatically to your original payment method (managed via Paystack) within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
